The Goat in Portsmouth has completely transformed into an immersive Halloween experience, complete with specialty cocktails served in mugs to match the theme! We decorated with families in mind, and kept it fun for all ages!

• 21+ after 9 pm. No cover charge!
• Open Monday through Friday, 11 am-1 am; weekends, 8 am-1 am.
• Seating is first-come, first-served.
